Thursdays at 2 p.m. EDT July 26, August 2, 9 and 16th
Those lazy summer days of yore are now often over filled with activities and obligations. What if you could create some time - just for you - to get to a task, a project or a pursuit that you truly enjoy!
Create SPACE in Your Summer: a KMI Master Mind™ is NOT a course or program - it's not something else that you need to do! In a KMI Master Mind™ you will engage your imagination and enter a virtual space designed with you in mind.
You will meet other women who are also seeking:
a creative oasis away from the everyday busyness of life
a space to feel inspired and enaged
permission to take time for themselves and time to spend on an activity important to them
You will learn some creative tools for overcoming resistance, procrastination and overwhelm
You will have an opportunity to ask for ideas, suggestions, resources, or just talk out an idea or issue in our "choice chair"
You will have time during each call to take action - to work on, play with, or ponder upon your project
Best of all, you will have created some productive and joyful time in your summer!
Join facilitators Kathy Kane and Mary McDowall as you create some SPACE in your summer - just for you!

Aren't master minds just for business? KMI Master Minds™ are different. They provide all the wonderful benefits of traditional master minds, with the addition of oodles of creativity and the Kaizen approach. This includes a process oriented approach and taking action steps during each session. You will have breakthroughs you will be excited to share, and you will have road bumps to navigate with the support and help of your fellow members.
What is Kaizen? Kaizen is a philosophy of small steps to continuous improvement. The process breaks down large projects into such small, manageable bites that enables you to bypass procrastination and perfectionism--two enemies of real progress. Kaizen defuses resistance and overwhelm and allows you to accomplish your goals in a gentle, safe manner.
What sort of experience do I need to be in a KMI Master Mind™? No experience is necessary. You don’t need to know about Kaizen or even consider yourself creative. All will be explained in a gentle and fun manner.
How many hours do I need to commit per week? Each Master Mind is 90 minutes long. During that time, you will be taking small actions on your project. If that is all you want to do, that’s fine. Your time commitment can run the gamut--from the 90-minute Master Mind session only, to any extra minutes or hours you’d like to devote between sessions.
What kind of technology do I need? The Master Mind sessions will take place on a video conferencing platform called Zoom. You can access Zoom via computer/laptop, tablet, or mobile device. You just need to download and install a free piece of software. If you don’t want to videoconference, you can also call into the session via telephone although you may incur long distance charges.
What does KMI stand for? KMI originally stood for Kaizen-Muse Infused Master Mind™, but that was a bit of a mouthful, so we shortened it to KMI. Kaizen is the approach we use, and the Muses are a whimsical way to refer to creative principles. The muses are taken from Jill Badonsky’s work.
