As a woman of a certain age, you may feel vaguely unhappy, resigned to the limited possibilities you see for your life. You may be at a turning point in your career, helping older parents, no longer raising kids, facing a health crisis, wondering “is that all there is?”
You may feel stuck in what has always been: old habits, old stories, old dreams deferred or discarded. You have become weighed down physically and psychically with life’s debris. When I see women thinking it’s too late -- for new choices, for more life, for expansion -- it breaks my heart. |
