Kathy Kane is a coach, blogger, speaker, writer and recovering corporate citizen. She has found that combining the principles of creative thinking with the philosophy of Kaizen (continuous improvement through small steps) saved her life and continue to help her successfully navigate the transition into and through her second half of life. She considers this philosophy to be the missing piece of retirement planning.

​She applies this thinking to her coaching practice and one of her biggest thrills is guiding other women as they uncover hidden potential and navigate their unique life transitions with grace, joy and eyes wide open.
